We are excited to invite you to participate in "Dancing Between Cultures," a transformative course that will deepen your cultural intelligence and understanding of cultural values.
This course is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of cultural dynamics and enhance their coaching and leadership effectiveness and cultivate inclusive environments that honour diverse backgrounds while grounding their practice in faith-based principles. This course is also suitable for other cross-cultural workers, international students and expats.
In this 8 weeks course you will:
Learn and deepen your understanding of what cultural intelligence is and why it is essential for effective coaching, leadership and cross cultural communication.
Engage in activities that foster awareness and appreciation of different cultural perspectives beginning with an understanding of your own.
Learn about communication values, organizational values and identity values through engaging with 6 cultural value continuums.
You will begin to recognise when deep cultural values are showing up and how to adapt and respond.
Gain actionable strategies to navigate cultural differences and improve communication.
Connect with other coaches and leaders and learn from the shared experiences and multiple perspectives of others on the course.
Duration: 8 consecutive weeks.
Format: online live virtual classes

Reading material: We highly recommend you to buy and read the book: “Dancing Between Cultures” by Tina Stoltzfus Horst. We will recommend other reading material during the duration of the course.
